I

The only true God, you have appeared; we sing to you,

Singing of your returning in the flesh and bringing the reality of the kingdom.

All peoples worship you, and shout with joy to you.

You have sat on the throne; how glorious and beautiful!

II

Practical incarnated God, we all are in your hand.

You have predestined and selected us to be your people.

We come before your throne with joy,

Singing songs and praises to you, telling of your grace to us.

You have sanctified us from the world,

So we cast off all our worldly entanglements and enter into the kingdom training.

III

We’re face to face with you every day, eating, drinking, and enjoying your word;

What we have expected for a long time has been realized today.

You have conquered and gained us group of people.

We’re following the Lamb, singing the new songs,

And our voice of praising is resounding throughout Zion.

IV

How can we not shout for joy? How can we not sing?

How enjoyable and glorious it is, to be in your kingdom!

You have bestowed to us the living water of life,

To nourish our thirsty heart, and transform us into a new person.

V

The new heaven and new earth have appeared, and the kingdom has come among men.

The kingdom is full of God’s glory, and there’s no mourning and sighing.

O Practical God! You have personally wiped away our tears,

So that we can enjoy rest in your kingdom forever.

VI

The Almighty who was and who is, you have gained your glory.

Your holy name will be exalted forever, most worthy of praise!

You have revealed to us your glorious countenance.

Such a life and such happiness will last for ever and ever.
