The Word Has Appeared in the Flesh

Having been corrupted for thousands of years, people have become numb and obtuse and become devils that resist God. So the history of their disobeying God has been recorded in “Historical Records,” and even they themselves cannot tell all their disobedient doings. This is because they have been corrupted by satan too deeply and have been so beguiled by satan that they have got lost. Even today they are still rebelling against God. People rebel against God when they have seen God, and they rebel against God before they have seen God. Some still rebel against God after they have seen God’s curse and wrath. So I say that people’s sense has lost its original function and their conscience has lost its original function. In my eyes, all people are brutes in human attire and are serpents. No matter how pitiable they look before me, I won’t show mercy to them, because they simply do not know what is black and what is white and do not know what is the truth and what is not the truth. People have such a numb sense, yet they want to receive blessings. They have such contemptible humanity, yet they want to reign and rule. With such a sense, whom can you reign over? With such humanity, how can you be enthroned? You are really shameless! You all are base people who do not know themselves! I advise you who want to receive blessings to first look at your ugly features in a mirror. Do you look like a man destined to rule? Do you look like a man destined to receive blessings? You have not gained any transformation in your nature and can never act according to the truth, yet you want to have a beautiful tomorrow. You are really daydreaming! People who live in so filthy a land have been deeply affected by the society and influenced by feudal ethics and have been educated in the “institutions of higher learning.” Backward thoughts, corrupt morals, mean outlook on life, contemptible philosophies of life, worthless existence, and debased customs and ways of living have been seriously harassing people’s heart and wrecking and attacking their conscience. Consequently, they become more and more distant from God and resist God more and more fiercely. They become more and more diabolic in their nature day by day. No one is willing to give up anything for God, no one is willing to obey God, and no one is willing to seek God’s appearing. Instead, they indulge in sensual pleasures under the power of satan and are corrupting their flesh wildly in the land of mire. Even if they who live in the darkness have heard the truth, they have no desire to act according to it. Even if they have seen that God has appeared, they have no desire to seek it. How can such fallen people have any possibility of being saved? How can such decadent people live in the light?

For people to be transformed in their nature, they have to first know their substance and have to first be transformed in their thinking, their innate nature, and their mental outlook and have to be transformed in their essence. Only in this way can they be truly transformed in their nature. The reason why people have corrupt nature is that they have been poisoned and trampled by satan and that their thinking, morals, judgment, and sense have been badly wrecked by satan. The reason why they resist God and do not understand the truth is that their essence has been corrupted by satan and has become totally different from how it was when it was originally created by God. So, for people to be transformed in their nature, they have to first be transformed in their thinking, judgment, and sense so that they can have a different knowledge of God and of the truth. People who live in this most deeply corrupted land do not even know what God is and what belief in God is. The more deeply people have been corrupted, the less possibly they know God’s existence. The more deeply people have been corrupted, the poorer sense and judgment they have. The reason why people resist and disobey God is that they have been corrupted by satan. Because they have been corrupted by satan, they are numb in their conscience, corrupt in their morals, decadent in their thoughts, and backward in their mental outlook. Before people were corrupted by satan, they were obedient to God, were obedient to God’s words when they heard them, were sound in their sense and conscience, and were normal in their humanity. After they were corrupted by satan, their original sense, conscience, and humanity become numb and are wrecked by satan. Consequently, they are no longer obedient to God and no longer have love for God. They lose their normal sense, their nature becomes like that of a beast, and they disobey God more and more often and more and more grievously, yet they do not know or realize that but just keep resisting and disobeying God. The manifestation of people’s nature is the expression of their sense, judgment, and conscience. Because their sense and judgment become unsound and their conscience becomes extremely numb, their nature becomes the nature of disobeying God. If they are not transformed in their sense and judgment, they cannot possibly be transformed in their nature and cannot possibly be after God’s heart. If they are not sound in their sense, they cannot serve God or be fit for God to use. Normal sense means that people are obedient and faithful to God, thirst for him, are absolute to him, have a conscience toward him, and are wholehearted toward him and do not deliberately resist him. But abnormal sense does not mean that. After people were corrupted by satan, they have notions about God, are not faithful to him, and do not thirst for him, much less have a conscience toward him, but they resist and judge him deliberately and even rail at him behind his back, judging him behind his back while clearly knowing that he is God and having no intention to obey him, but keeping demanding things from him and making demands of him. People have such an abnormal sense, yet they do not know their contemptible doings or repent of their disobedient doings. Those who know themselves are the ones who have regained some sense. Those who are disobedient to God but do not know themselves are the ones who have an unsound sense.
